I should correct myself.. I did not install the ports collection on this machine as I realised after getting some replies from this mailing list... I installed squid port from ftp..... i.e /stand/sysinstall configure packages from FTP then I selected www squid it downloaded and installed.. so I don't even have a /usr/ports directory... -----Original Message----- From: Ryan T.
