Right, as they changed Makefile.pre.in in a way that stops out-of-tree builds. Attached is a simple patch for it. Just copy the file into lang/python27/files. I did not test anything else yet, but at least the build runs. I'm not sure what the procedure of updating python ports is and if it's require exp-run, so asking Martin to clarify that. Hope we can commit that after the freeze. The application I ported updates easy-install.pth, as I assume other py- packages do, much like installing openjdk6 would register the jvm. So this file will always differ, and never be removed. @unexec if cmp -s %B/easy-install.pth %B/easy-install.pth.dist; then rm %B/easy-install.pth; fi Unless, of course, on de-installation if the egg would be de-registered from easy-install.pth through the Mk framework.
