Hi Greg,

I encourage you to open a Bugzilla issue with the suggestion.

Make sure to include the value it provides you, the 'noop' element, and 
describe the dependency changes (if any), as this tends to be the 
primary reason why OPTIONS aren't enabled by default. Though most 
maintainers are already aware of this, it doesn't hurt to mention it.
