In a forum elsewhere, someone created several mono 6.8 pkgs: https://sansonehowell-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/p/jsansone/EpfQbi-zytpLhYraiy74XuUBzWXb6l_XwkzUVoc8BzOf1g?e=l702tr (use password "Mono) I downloaded the latest version, mono-6.8.0.105.txz, installed it, and Jackett works fine! (Sonarr, too).
