Attachments have ways of not getting through to this list. I submitted it on your request and it got number 5234: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3D5234 It seems that the same problem is reported in: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3D3869 but without a useful backtrace and a workaround. --=20 Vasil Dimov --y0ulUmNC+osPPQO6 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iD8DBQFDkWMYFw6SP/bBpCARAgrvAKDWU6wNNwzHPHbVQj7Hg69Xh4wPcQCdFc0x Us9zG+3SlWMB4rZcOKGJSdk= =x/ch -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --y0ulUmNC+osPPQO6-- From owner-freebsd-x11@FreeBSD.ORG Sat Dec 3 14:14:56 2005 Return-Path: X-Original-To: freebsd-x11@freebsd.org Delivered-To: freebsd-x11@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.FreeBSD.org (mx1.freebsd.org [216.136.204.125]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id CD74016A41F for ; Sat, 3 Dec 2005 14:14:56 +0000 (GMT) (envelope-from ruben@erg.verweg.com) Received: from erg.verweg.com (erg.verweg.com [217.77.141.129]) by mx1.FreeBSD.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id CFF8C43D72 for ; Sat, 3 Dec 2005 14:14:46 +0000 (GMT) (envelope-from ruben@erg.verweg.com) Received: from erg.verweg.com (erg.verweg.com [217.77.141.129]) by erg.verweg.com (8.13.4/8.13.4) with ESMTP id jB3EDM39012496 (version=TLSv1/SSLv3 cipher=DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA bits=256 verify=NOT); Sat, 3 Dec 2005 15:13:22 +0100 (CET) (envelope-from ruben@erg.verweg.com) Received: (from ruben@localhost) by erg.verweg.com (8.13.4/8.13.4/Submit) id jB3EDMCX012495; Sat, 3 Dec 2005 15:13:22 +0100 (CET) (envelope-from ruben) Date: Sat, 3 Dec 2005 15:13:21 +0100 From: Ruben van Staveren To: Eric Anholt , freebsd-x11@freebsd.org, Albert Vest Message-ID: <20051203141321.GA10336@erg.verweg.com> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline X-Opinion: These opinions are exclusively mine, you cannot have them. The tarball of this port says it can be freely distributed, but since I am not the maintainer and the sources come without instructions, I just took the easiest approach respecting the original. A couple of notes: - NO_PACKAGE is not required when RESTRICTED is set. - This port installs the hal only, on my XFree86-4.4 the mga driver works pretty well too. The PR web interface seems broken so here's the patch: diff -ruN mga_hal.orig/Makefile mga_hal/Makefile --- mga_hal.orig/Makefile Sat Dec 3 18:01:10 2005 +++ mga_hal/Makefile Sat Dec 3 18:13:33 2005 @@ -6,21 +6,20 @@ # PORTNAME= mga_hal -PORTVERSION= 4.1 +PORTVERSION= 4.2.0 CATEGORIES= x11-servers -MASTER_SITES= ftp://ftp.matrox.com/pub/mga/archive/linux/2004/ +MASTER_SITES= ftp://ftp.matrox.com/pub/mga/archive/linux/2005/ DISTNAME= mgadriver-${PORTVERSION} MAINTAINER= x11@FreeBSD.org COMMENT= Module for additional features with X.Org/XFree86 Matrox driver -NO_PACKAGE= "Matrox drivers may not be distributed" RESTRICTED= "Matrox drivers may not be distributed."
