It got caught= up again later, when it tried to run uic-qt4. A similar symlink got past that, only to get caught up when it hit "lrelease-qt4." Kludged that with another symlink. Those three symlinks were enough to let the compilation proceed. = But it is an icky "solution." I was able to get VirtualBox reinstalled with all that kludging, but clearly some package (kBuild? VirtualBox? qtchooser?) is still not aware that the = qt ports got rearranged and that it's inappropriate to add the "-qt4" suffix. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From owner-freebsd-emulation@freebsd.org Mon Feb 20 01:38:36 2017 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-emulation@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 5493DCE6C54 for ; Mon, 20 Feb 2017 01:38:36 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (unknown [127.0.1.3]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 34EE010B8 for ; Mon, 20 Feb 2017 01:38:36 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) id 31098CE6C53; Mon, 20 Feb 2017 01:38:36 +0000 (UTC) Delivered-To: emulation@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 2ECE6CE6C52 for ; Mon, 20 Feb 2017 01:38:36 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from freefall.freebsd.org (freefall.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:6074::16:84]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client CN "freefall.freebsd.org", Issuer "Let's Encrypt Authority X3" (verified OK)) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id E8A7810B6 for ; Mon, 20 Feb 2017 01:38:35 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: by freefall.freebsd.org (Postfix) id 3C62D15A2; Mon, 20 Feb 2017 01:38:35 +0000 (UTC) Delivered-To: vbox@localmail.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client CN "mx1.freebsd.org", Issuer "Let's Encrypt Authority X3" (verified OK)) by freefall.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 2544115A0 for ; Mon, 20 Feb 2017 01:38:35 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org (kenobi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::16:76]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client did not present a certificate) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 53C8510B5 for ; Mon, 20 Feb 2017 01:38:34 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from bugs.freebsd.org ([127.0.1.118]) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2) with ESMTP id v1K1cYW8059427 for ; Mon, 20 Feb 2017 01:38:34 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) From: bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org To: vbox@FreeBSD.org Subject: [Bug 217240] emulators/virtualbox-ose fails to build when kbuild looks for moc-qt4 Date: Mon, 20 Feb 2017 01:38:34 +0000 X-Bugzilla-Reason: AssignedTo X-Bugzilla-Type: changed X-Bugzilla-Watch-Reason: None X-Bugzilla-Product: Ports & Packages X-Bugzilla-Component: Individual Port(s) X-Bugzilla-Version: Latest X-Bugzilla-Keywords: X-Bugzilla-Severity: Affects Only Me X-Bugzilla-Who: ler@FreeBSD.org X-Bugzilla-Status: New X-Bugzilla-Resolution: X-Bugzilla-Priority: --- X-Bugzilla-Assigned-To: vbox@FreeBSD.org X-Bugzilla-Flags: maintainer-feedback? The services vboxguest and vboxservice are running (service -l and ps -A) But i can not access to the machine from the host with VBoxManage Im testing this command: .\VBoxManage.exe --nologo guestcontrol "" --username test1 --password test1 mkdir test The answer is always -> VBoxManage.exe: error: The specified user was not able to logon on guest VBoxManage.exe: error: Details: code VBOX_E_IPRT_ERROR (0x80bb0005), component GuestSessionWrap, interface IGuestSession, callee IUnknown VBoxManage.exe: error: Context: "WaitForArray(ComSafeArrayAsInParam(aSessionWaitFlags), 30 * 1000, &enmWaitResult)" at line 938 of file VBoxManageGuestCtrl.cpp In all the manuals i see they talk about vboxusers. That group does not creates in any way in my cases. The files /usr/local/sbin/VBoxService and VBoxCommand are owned by wheel. Version : 5.1.14_2 I was able to run vbox-headless on one of the failing machines, did not try= the other. VirtualBox works fine on an AMD E-240 and on a Core-2 Duo. I also tried building virtualbox-ose from source, but get the same results. A remote attacker could possibly use this flaw to crash a 32-bit TLS/SSL server or client using OpenSSL if it used the RC4-MD5 cipher suite. (CVE-2017-3731) * A denial of service flaw was found in the way the TLS/SSL protocol defined processing of ALERT packets during a connection handshake. A remote attacker could use this flaw to make a TLS/SSL server consume an excessive amount of= CPU and fail to accept connections form other clients. Flashplayer does not start after some pac= kage updates and I've been trying to pin down what broke it through dependencies. The reason for this guess is that the error message comes from the /compat/linux/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0 sharedlib used by nspluginwrapper. The message is the following: `npviewer.bin:(pid): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: :0` whenever firefox tries to startup the flash plug-in.
