The RADIUS reply item for the user "scilek" is set to "Session-Timeout :=3D 600", which means "Renew session every 10 minutes." List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Fri, 03 Feb 2017 18:12:45 -0000 Hiya, So: * You want to run fft_eval before you run 'start', or it'll not get any samples * there were issues in the ar9380 HAL for spectral scan, which I fixed * i fixed some tool/driver issues * i fixed issues in the ath_radar_stuff github repository So, please update tools/tools/ath, sys/dev/ath, sys/contrib/dev/ath, and the ath-radar_stuff repository and re-try. The main thing that doesn't work - doing a spectral scan at reset and then expecting traffic to work fails. You can certainly do it whilst scanning and getresults across all channels, but the NIC goes deaf pretty quickly. I need to modify the support so the 'at-reset' hack will let calibrations finish before triggering the spectral scan. Other than that - yes, it now works! Thanks for poking me on IRC tj, I've been meaning to make this work for a long while. -adrian From owner-freebsd-wireless@freebsd.org Fri Feb 3 20:24:52 2017 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-wireless@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 41F6FCCEEED for ; Fri, 3 Feb 2017 20:24:52 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org (kenobi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::16:76]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client did not present a certificate) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 2E84B1AE0 for ; Fri, 3 Feb 2017 20:24:52 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from bugs.freebsd.org ([127.0.1.118]) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2) with ESMTP id v13KOps6005126 for ; Fri, 3 Feb 2017 20:24:52 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) From: bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org To: freebsd-wireless@FreeBSD.org Subject: [Bug 216748] RTL8188CUS usb wifi adapter not working with CURRENT on i386 (not tested on other arch) Date: Fri, 03 Feb 2017 20:24:52 +0000 X-Bugzilla-Reason: CC X-Bugzilla-Type: changed X-Bugzilla-Watch-Reason: None X-Bugzilla-Product: Base System X-Bugzilla-Component: usb X-Bugzilla-Version: CURRENT X-Bugzilla-Keywords: X-Bugzilla-Severity: Affects Only Me X-Bugzilla-Who: avos@freebsd.org X-Bugzilla-Status: New X-Bugzilla-Resolution: X-Bugzilla-Priority: --- X-Bugzilla-Assigned-To: freebsd-usb@FreeBSD.org X-Bugzilla-Flags: X-Bugzilla-Changed-Fields: Message-ID: In-Reply-To: References: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable X-Bugzilla-URL: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/ Auto-Submitted: auto-generated MIME-Version: 1.0 X-BeenThere: freebsd-wireless@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.23 Precedence: list List-Id: "Discussions of 802.11 stack, tools device driver development." The hosts are CURRENT both AP and client, after some time of usage client (my laptop) becomes deaf. tcpdump from AP shows that packets are received and transmitted back, but on client tcpdump doesn't show receiving. arping doesn't work too. ifconfig shows "status: associated" anyway. I don't have any wifi encryption, I use OPEN with IPSEC, but without IPSEC the situation is the same. What else, ifconfig down/up solves the issue, and with ifconfig -ht everything works well. Need more info - ask.
