Hmm, I'm not sure...
I know for sure that it said:

No buffers busy after final sync
/var: unmount pending error: blocks 16 files 0

After which /var had trouble as well. :-(

But I'm not sure about the vnodes...

I'll check next time it corrupts / again (which shouldn't take long).
