I've been banging my head over this for weeks now.I had this problem when I first tried to install FreeBSD 2.1.0. I only realized what it was much later (after I dumped one of the disks... :-(. I have absolutly no idea on what it might be, but one thing I can tell you is that I had a FIREBALL too, so it might be something with those. I'd really like to know if anyone has any solution to this problem as I have a lot of machines with a CMD640 (all DEC Venturis) and would like to have the option of having two drives + a CD on those. > > Thanks, > -- > Jason Garman http://www.nesc.k12.ar.us/~garman/ > Student, Eleanor Roosevelt High School garman@phs.k12.ar.usNadav
