I have a Fujitsu-Siemens lifebook, which I upgraded buying a minipci combo 
(wireless + modem) instead of modem only which was delivered by default.
Everything works fine under winxp (sigh) while on FreeBSD the modem is not 
seen by the latest ltmdm port (the wifi card works great :-)....

Here is the output of the pciconf -l -v (it seems a little bit strange 
because I was not able to find the modem itself) :
