All right, the last set of changes in my pile have gone into
development.7 and I have MFC'd the whole mess to -stable.
This manual page is now open for general development by
the community. Try to avoid stepping on each other's toes
and keep things on-topic. Remember, this document is targeted
towards system operators as well as programmers and should not
contain every last feature / capability or it will simply create
confusion rather then relieve it. Lets not make it too 'busy'.
