All was going well until I tried to do make installworld, when I got a "permission denied" error, and the whole thing came to a grinding halt right at the very beginning. Strange. I'm doing a "make world" as I'm writing this to see what happens. Could this be related to having run mtree on my /var slice last night? Also, my /var/tmp is symlinked to /tmp (a separate mounted slice). -- Conrad Sabatier "The most difficult thing in the world is to know how to do a thing and to watch someone else do it wrong without comment." -- Theodore H.
