A nice book that I found interesting while I was learning my way
around SunOS (the first UNIX I ever worked with), was:

	The Unix Programming Environment
	Rob Pike, Brian Kernighan

This helped me a lot to get started with Unix scripting.
The manpages of sh(1) and csh(1) were handy references too.
