Naw. I had master /usr/src which is NFS'ed to every computer. Instead of
trying to figure out the mystery, I just deleted /usr/obj as whole to
start anew. Well, it worked. That was funny (okay, it wasn't that funny).

I assumed /usr/obj would automatically get rid of by starting make world
(etc.). Guess not.
