It took me a long time to turn this on. Many people asked for it, and extensive tests showed it helped without any adverse affects. I finally borrowed the concept from www/phoenix. I'm always open to change. What say you all? Should this be reverted?=20 Turned into WITH_MOZILLA_OPTIMIZE?
