O.K. I tried the loadable (hw.pci.link.0x4.irq="6"), but it still did
not work. I got the expected message:
$PIR: BIOS IRQ 6 for 0.9.INTA is not valid for link 0x4
but still no interrupts from the network card.

Both the network card and the sound card claim to be using the specified
IRQ (I tried both 6 and 10):
