Try the ctm.FAQ.

For -stable, look at ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-stable/ctm/

The readme file tells you the differences from using it for -current.

We are still setting things up to automatically post the update files
automatically. In the interim, you can find the missing ones in
/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/
