Suddenly, pkgdb, portsdb and some more utiities give this error message
when run:

  su-2.05a# pkgdb -F
  ** Error occured reading /usr/local/etc/pkgtools.conf:
          undefined method `+' for nil

Do you know what can be happening and how could I fix it?
