Looks like a Ubuntu thinghy (...), this might help:

cd /usr/share/services/
sudo cp http_cache_cleaner.desktop http_cache_cleaner.desktop.ubuntu
sudo echo StartupNotify=false >> http_cache_cleaner.desktop
