Patch to add support for 2023, and some formatting fixes

There are already a few vulnerabilities in the new year but they do not sho=
w up
correctly because the main list (?) does not include the file for 2023.

This patch also fixes some formatting issues in the new catci vulnerability=
 to
pass "make validate". Not sure if this requires a <modified> tag in the ent=
ry.
Just in case i added one, feel free to remove it.
