But some Ethernet PC-cards only returns 00:00:00:00:00:00 for this
request.  These cards have MAC address on CIS functional ext tupple or
attribute memory of the card.  I think this is a cost issue, because
PC-card always have eeprom memory that can be appropreated to store
such ID's.
