An error happens when Nginx tries to write to a log file on a directory with an exceeded disk quota. The disk quotas are being set by MooseFS. Error message: kernel: fuse_vnop_lookup: WB cache incoherent on /path/to/mfsmount point! I'm not sure either of these are related to this bug anymore.
