Due to a mishap in the mailsending script, this got missed:

src/share/mk/bsd.prog.mk:

Who ever came up with the ${CFLAGS} need to be passed to lint?

We can now run make lint on src/bin at least.

I am sure Mark Murray has way more interesting fixes up his sleeve.
