Thanks, now I found this thread and read.
Yes, I have same problem.
And I think problem in the new ath driver: any version of wpa_suplicant
worked with iwi (Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG).

I can collect any additional debug -- AP controled by me (FreeeBSD 6.2,
Atheros 5212).
