I'm not aware that we are in a ports freeze. Is that a GNOME think?

The error appeared when starting from empty /usr/local and then
starting `make install` in editors/emacs22.

I just re-ran it with a new empty /usr/local to get the log but it
pulls in too much stuff and I have to leave while it's plugging
through Python.

I'll try later again.
