Satoshi Asami, the maintainer of bsd.port.mk, recently committed
the PLIST_SUB PORTDOCS variable handling. I think a better fix
for such ports would be to change pkg-plist so that it refers
 to "PORTDOCS" and not "PORTDOCS:".
