Hello. I installed 2.1.6-RELEASE from a Walnut Creek CD and found a weird bug. I cannot play the first track on an audio CD with cdplay. I can "play 2", "play 3" etc but when I say "play 1" the LED on the CD drive just blinks and nothing happens. Everything used to work fine on 2.1.0. The drive still works fine under OS/2 Warp, so it does not seem to be a hardware problem. I have already asked this question here and got no reply. If someone is still using 2.1.6 and cdplay works for you please drop me a note. Also, perhaps I can just take some code from 2.2.1 and recompile the kernel to fix my problem? A complete upgrade is out of the question at the moment and I am not sure if it would help anyway :-( I would appreciate any input. -- Victor Sudakov http://www.tomsk.su/r/persons/vas.htm
