The last time I checked, artsdsp does not work with the default KDE port 
build. I think I opened a PR for this, but I am not sure. The problem is 
that one of the other libraries it depends on ends up with PURE_VIRTUAL 
problems. I think this happens when it's not linked with libgcc.
