Sometimes the pango port does not build the pangocairo library.
pkg_info -L pango lists the files of pangocairo as installed but they are in fact not.
This seems to happen when certain other packages are not installed already, but I do not know which. Later when more packages are installed builing pango sucessfully builds pangocairo, too.

Probably building pango when no other packages are installed triggers the problem.
