I'm working on it, and sorry for the delay. The size of the Handbook is
currently causing the maintainers of some of the software we use to do
the conversion a little bit of grief, and they're trying to fix a couple
of bugs its shown up.
As soon as I've got it building correctly, I'll post here, and it will
be available from the FreeBSD FTP site (and associated mirrors).
