Hi,

I have the same card and the best solution is to get the drivers from
opensound.com. But there was a bug in the driver, when I tried it,
which consumes all your CPU to the point where your computer is
"choking".

"What's the solution ?" - I hear you ask. What I did: I disabled the
Yamaha in BIOS, and I bought a cheap Sound Blaster alternative. :)
