I am not an official spokesman or representative of FreeBSD, but they do
sell it on CDROMS at www.freebsdmall.com and some other retailers sell it.

If you just mean packages like the ones that are files ending in *.tgz that
you can do `pkg_add -r package_name_here` those are open source -- free.
