Are there advanced builds that I can help test that perhaps no longer have this characteristic? Sorry I don't have more information about the nature of these crashes, I'll pass these on to you when I get them. Also, are you guys able to bring up your program guides without any problems? I don't know if this is a MVPMC issue or a MythTV one, but when I invoke my program guide I get the following errors to console: 2007-03-14 20:41:15.436 MythSocket(81de580:-1): writeData: Error, socket went unconnected 2007-03-14 20:41:15.438 MythSocket(8261e00:-1): writeStringList: Error, called with unconnected socket. The program guide automatically exists when this happens, and it happens consistently. In case this is a database/backend related issue, I'm wondering if you guys have had problems with your setup? Would you recommend trying to recreate my Myth database, or doing a repair of particular tables or something? Any suggestions which ones to focus on? I know I'm asking a lot, but if any of you are having no problems with your program guide, just let me know and I'll shut up knowing that this isn't a FreeBSD specific issue :) - -- Joe Auty NetMusician: web publishing software for musicians http://www.netmusician.org joe@netmusician.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFF+Jb5CgdfeCwsL5ERAuGGAKCFefeNVZqlda3A+kljkUCizyNRQACgnCIL kux0Ea8GANj4tI1wfWm2Kqw= =bxV+ -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
