Most of this diff is good, but...

-       act.sa_flags = SA_RESTART | SA_SIGINFO;
+       act.sa_flags = SA_RESTART | SA_SIGINFO | SA_RESTART;

Setting the bejesus out of the bit probably isn't more effective
than setting it once.
