Negative options are evil.  I already opposed NO_F00F_HACK by that
time, because it's a hack and as such should be obvious to people
(even if it's a useful hack).

(My opposition was in vain, because of some strong personality
involved who threatened to shoot down the world and the universe if
someone touched his code, and because of me not wanting bike-shed like
discussions in the end.)
