No - see the handbook section on kernel debugging for how to generate
the information needed by developers to diagnose a kernel panic.
You're part-way there.

However, putting on my Magic Telepathy Beanie, I predict that you are
using an old version of FreeBSD (i.e. not a recent 4.2-STABLE dated in
the last 4 months or so) and this panic has already been fixed [*].
Update or wait a few weeks for 4.3-RELEASE.
