Well i'm not really sure what you mean, but if you installed freebsd on you= r second drive, and selected to load it's MBR, everything should be fine, and= i don't think you should be worrying about anything. Having said that if you would rather use the windows MBR, you need to modif= y the boot.ini file in windows to look on the second disk for freebsd. You shouldn't have any problem on finding documentation for the boot.ini syntax from google.
