Generally speaking, look at foo_probe or foo_attach. "Foo_" might be
spelled "foo_pccard_" in some drivers. You may have to chace things
down. However, most drivers I've had my fingers in return ENOMEM when
it can't allocate a resource. It has helped me distinguish between
the "I can't find hardware here" from the "I can't get the requested
resources" cases.
