I neither use stateless v6 for any client nor have I used FreeBSD other than static v6 setup, since dhclient(8) doesn't support v6. Try setting 'ifconfig wlan0 inet6 accept_rtadv' manually and if that solves the problem, check why ifconfig_wlan0_ipv6="inet6 accept_rtadv" from rc.conf(5) doesn't work. -harry
