Well not clearly. Your instructions should also point out which protocol to manually pick. Otherwise someone might choose PS/2 protocol (since that is what their mouse is) and /dev/sysmouse. This will not work well. Since someone might use your email as recipe to get their X setup, it would be best to tell the complete story.
