A quick look at http://www.freebsd.org/docproj/translations.html shows that there's no one else working on a Turkish translation of the documentation at the moment. Could you take a look at http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/docproj-primer/translations.html and see if that answers your initial questions. If there's anything that isn't clear, please get in touch.
