I have a basic C program that uses the crypt() function. When I try to
compile it on FreeBSD 2.2.5 I get the error message:
/var/tmp/cc0010551.o: undefined symbol '_crypt' referenced from text
segment

I have compiled this same program on almost every other Unix version
including Linux without any problems. Can anyone help?
