Well, I always assumed it, since it is named ISDN S0 on the rear sheet metal stripe. Serial No: 05132 BZT Nr. A113/330E. It has a 16 bit ISA connector. Mfgr. week/year seems to be 30/94 (etched into the solder stop mask on the solder side).
