This part will solve your problem here:

	* After running portupgrade -a to ensure that all applications are
	  up-to-date.

Before you ask, which port that need to be update? You need to update your
libtool15 first before you can touch devel/gnomevfs2 and other ports. But, I
would recommend you to follow in this URL above for 'portupgrade -a'.
