I didn't get the smb deal working, but I wa= s=20 able to attach to it as an lpr spool using the generic postscript driver.=20 Unexpectedly, the quality of the print is a bit better than it was when thi= s=20 printer was directly connected to my FreeBSD box. Thanks to Kirk, Warren and Andrew for the helpful suggestions.
