This week it's Mozilla-1.3. Next week it'll be a new release of some other widely used tool. And the week after, there'll be something else. And no doubt something major will be released the day after the CD's are pressed. I was actually fairly surprised that the release was slipped to allow XFree-4.3. Keep in mind that it's not just Mozilla itself, there are all the ports that depend on it. These all need to be tested to ensure that nothing gets broken by the upgrade.
