This is because @sample files (ending with sample) will be copied for example from cgi-wrapper.conf.sample to cgi-wrapper.conf. So please try to replace: %%ETCDIR%%/cgi-wrapper.conf %%ETCDIR%%/cgi-wrapper.conf.sample with=20 @sample %%ETCDIR%%/cgi-wrapper.conf.sample and checks if this works.
