For me the problem seems to be mostly gsoap 2.8.27 on freebsd 10.3-release.
When compiled with newer version gsoap 2.8.29, I do notice localhost.18083
comes online again
and vboxwebsrv does start normal again. However there are still connection
problems to resolve.
