Not likely.  Unix operating  systems, when properly  administered, are
not susceptible to  virii. There are one or two  (academic) unix virii
out there, but they still require  some exploit to be left open. Maybe
you should present  some of your symptoms, so someone  who is familiar
with them may have a suggestion?

Either way, you won't find any antivirus software for FreeBSD.
