It does offer UXGA resolution & >=2.8 GHz CPUs for you; serial & parallel ports, 2 PCMCIA Type II slots and built in floppy for me. CD/DVD drive, however, cannot be taken out, unlike Dell Inspiron 5000e, if desired to lighten the weight. I suppose at ~$2106 (as i configured), one cannot have everything. Thankfully, i am not looking for a new laptop currently, unless Apple iBook G4's are going insanely cheap. PS: I have no relation to PowerNotebooks, just am a laptop user looking out for future acquisitions. - Parv --
